CISION COMPANY LIMITED TAX AND ACCOUNTING SERVICE
Accounting & Bookkeeping Service	We provide monthly accounting and bookkeeping service to limited companies, sole proprietor companies and partnership companies. Account books are processed by computer accounting system with all reports comply with tax standard of Hong Kong tax ordinance. Report include balance sheet, trading and profit and loss account, general ledger, accounts receivable sub-ledger, accounts payable sub-ledger. All reports are proved comply with audit standard.
Tax Service	We handle taxation affairs of limited companies , sole proprietor companies and partnership companies. We provide free tax advice to minimise tax burden legally and filing of Profits Tax Returns, Tax Return Individuals, Employers Return and all sort of tax documents. We provide free extension of filing of tax return and free application of personal assessment to claim for tax allowance.
Formation of Limited Company	We provide formation of Hong Kong Limited Company as well as shelf ( ready made) company at HK$4,800 net ( all inclusive with no hidden cost ). Business Registration Fee $2,600 is not included in the above price.
Company Secretary	We provide company secretary service. We handle procedure of Annual General Meeting, filing of Annual Return and all necessary documents to Companies Registration Department. We also help to process allotment of shares, transfer of shares, appointing and termination of directors.
De-registration of limited company	We handle procedure of de-registration of limited company at net cost of $2,500 ( all government filing cost inclusive without any hidden cost ).
Tax Investigation	We help to answer inquiry from Inland Revenue Department including estimate assessments, field audits and tax investigations. Initial meeting with client to evaluate tax case will be provide free of charge.
